It was helpful to me and other people where we discussed things in a relaxed atmosphere, and there was no pressure to do things that felt uncomfortable. I felt more confident about things after every session.

Every time I explain to someone how powerful EFT is I know they must think I am mad. Yet I have used it to remove my fear of men after I was raped; it helped me to leave the house, to remove the blame I felt towards myself and to have the confidence to be in a new and wonderful relationship. I have no emotional connection to that event, it was just something that happened, EFT has made it so I that can barely remember the event.
Life experiences are saying to you that this is mumbo jumbo and can’t work, however you can’t be scared of something that you haven’t done before. It’s surprising and scary how well EFT works.
This Healing with Photography course has made a big difference in my recovery of 28 years of mental health issues. The course was simple to follow at the pace I could cope with and delivered by a person that was very caring and understanding. The main part was the course was enjoyable.
It would be lovely to have more sessions of this in the future. Ruth is a lovely lady so relaxing to listen to in meditation, it would be good to have a CD made of meditations from her. I for one have really enjoyed the course. Lets have more things like this.
I feel the course has offered me alternatives when I experience distress and frustration. The course presented I feel can benefit individuals with open minds and would like to learn relaxing techniques.
It helps you to like yourself more. Sometimes I did not like myself but this course has helped me a lot.
